NCLEAN 2026 Group Rate Booking Link
The deadline to book with the group rate is 9/25/2026.
A $30/day resort fee will appear on the booking site, but will not be charged to those using the group rate.
Please note there is a $15/day parking fee for anyone not staying at the conference hotel.
Meals
The hotel does not provide free breakfast. NCLEAN will provide one lunch and appetizers for the social night for registered attendees. Additional sponsored lunches are not guaranteed.
Schedule and Sessions
Each year, the NCLEAN conference offers training and networking opportunities, whether you are pursuing initial accreditation or maintaining your status. Sessions run from 8:30 am to 5 pm each day, with a lunch break.
Please note that the conference schedule is subject to change until the conference date.

If you would like to donate an item to be raffled to directly support the conference's operating costs,
please let us know.
Your support helps offset the rising logistics costs, so they don't get passed on to member agencies.
Each item is greatly appreciated and goes towards the success of our conference.
Conference Registration
The registration fee is $150 and must be paid online at the time of registration.
The deadline to register is September 15, 2026.
This year, we kindly ask that you submit and process registrations for each attendee individually.
