The deadline to book with the group rate is 9/26/2025.

Breakfast is no longer included.

PLEASE NOTE that a "resort fee" will appear on the booking website and confirmation letters, but those paying with the group rate do not have to pay these fees. It can be subtracted from the total when processing your reservation.

If you are not staying at the hotel, parking for non-hotel guests is $15/day.

We ask that each agency please bring a door prize to add to our drawings!

The registration cost is $100 per attendee.
Fees can be paid online in advance or
in person before the conference.

  • Conference sessions are Monday-Wednesday 8:30 am to 5 pm, with time for lunch each day. Thursday, the conference will conclude at lunchtime.

  • NCLEAN will provide one lunch, otherwise, conference attendees should plan to cover their meals. The hotel does not provide a complimentary breakfast.

  • Monday night, NCLEAN will host a social night with hors d'oeuvres (no meal will be provided).
